The ball-bearing wheels roll easily over smaller obstacles. This scooter is very quiet on most surfaces. The R 03 is complete with a bell, the folding stand and the kick brake. The brake is integrated at the rear and can be operated with either foot. The ball-bearing steering provides easy use and the non-slip footboard is effective for a secure footing.
